Frequently Asked Questions

What size board should I ride?

If you have a question about what board you should order, please reach out to us at Hubb@hubboards.com . Let us know your height, weight and where you live and if you prefer Prone or DK or both, and we will get back to you with our best personal recommendations.

How do I find my tracking info?

As soon as your order ships out we will send you an email with your tracking details.

Do you ship overseas?

 

Yes, we ship all over the world, with a few exceptions. We currently do not ship to Venezuela, Brazil, or Argentina. If you don’t see your country in the drop down field, just email us at Hubb@hubboards.com and we will be happy to help.

What are your Shipping Costs?

 

Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Orders over $200 in the continental US are FREE. Other orders are charged a flat rate, You will see a flat shipping cost added at checkout. Each region & country is different. Some items are oversized and charged at different rates. 

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed for USA will take between 3-10 business days to arrive. International Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-60 days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

 

We use USPS , UPS and Fed Ex and their local post office or courier partners overseas depending on where we are shipping to. For example when shipping to South Africa and Mexico we use Fed ex. When shipping to Australia or Europe we ship USPS / who uses Goglobalpost.com to deliver to the final destination. 

Can I exchange or return my product?

 

Customer satisfaction is a huge priority of ours. If you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at Hubb@hubboards.com and we’ll walk you through the process. All Sale items are final sale meaning no refunds. All return shipping for exchanges and returns are paid for by the customer. 

Can I change my Order?

If you made a mistake on your order just email us ASAP before it ships and we can help to try fix it in time.

Are your Products Warrantied?

Yes we offer a limited Manufacturers warranty on our Products. If they arrive and are defective in any way please email us with photos and tell us about the issue as soon as possible. Please note- Bodyboards and bodyboard equipment are sports equipment and are used in the ocean where damage can easily occur and normal wear and tear happen frequently. As such any of these issues are not warranted ie. Creases, scratches, dents, heat /sun exposure ect..

Can I get a Leash installed or my board signed or add some stickers?

It’s a bummer that we can’t because right now the 3PL warehouse we use is not set up for those kinds of cool things.
